The owners approached Murphy Architectural Group with four separate land parcels and wanted to consolidate them into one functional piece of real estate. Utilizing an existing 5,000 square foot structure - the Skelton Oil Building - a 20,000 square foot office and retail shopping center was developed. With the addition of a new exterior, lobby, elevator tower and 5,000 square feet of office space this center has become the hub of local activity. |
