On top of a hill this unique shrine receives a new conference center and retreat house. These additions add over 55,400 square feet to the existing facility. The Visitors Center features numerous conference rooms, dining for 300, commercial kitchen, performance stage, and 5,300 sq. ft. religious gift shop. The 55,400 square foot visitors center is situated on the highest point in Bucks County. When you look at the shrine next to the visitors center you see a towering structure reaching toward to heavens on a horizontal base. Our design became a natural extension of the horizontal so as not to compete with the shrine. The visitors center is built into the sloping site , allowing access to both levels from grade. The extensive use of glass took maximum advantage of the views provided by the site.
