The owners came to Murphy Architectural Group with an unusual request. They wanted a building that could handle a variety of space and ceiling requests for a variety of tenants. The result is a versatile building with floors that can be added or removed as tenant requirements dictate. A section of the building functions as general office space with 10 foot ceilings. The warehouse section has 20 foot ceilings with one floor removed and has the capability for 30 feet of ceiling space with the removal of the second floor. |
